El Reducto Beach (Playa del Reducto) is the flagship beach in Arrecife, Lanzarote’s capital.

It is a bay which stretches from Punta del Camello to the Gran Hotel de Arrecife. It is protected by natural reefs which means there are hardly any waves, giving it the feel of a large natural swimming pool.

The beach is adjacent to a long promenade, which has bars, restaurants, shops, and all the commodities you’d expect in a capital city.

You can get there via bus lines 4, 5, 6, and 14. There is parking nearby.
