Lanzarote is an island full of natural beauty, and its beaches are no exception. Throughout the extensive coastline you can find all kinds of beaches – rocky, golden sands, volcanic sands…all of these combine to give Lanzarote one of the best coastlines in the Canary Islands.
In the north, you’ll find small white sand beaches, like Los Caletones de Órzola. On the east coast, there are well-serviced beaches in areas like Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. On the west coast, the enormous and spectacular Playa de Famara. In the south, the paradisical Papagayo Beaches (Playas del Papagayo).
